We've passed this spot many, many times in our travels and
always meant to place a cache here. So...here it is!
This bridge has been here longer than any living person can
remember. When driving past, you may be fooled into believing that
VicRoads have only done half a job and left the rest for later on.
But this isn't the case.
The bridge has had only a small section restored for use as a
viewing platform, so sadly, nobody will ever legally walk this
bridge again.
To get the coords for the cache, you must answer the following
questions from the signboard at the entrance to the bridge:
A: This timber bridge is one of only two in Victoria to have
survived Victoria's epic floods of 187?
B: Number of dot points for the bridge's features, minus
5.
C: The decommissioning was 10? years after its
construction.
D: Number of months that the restoration work took, minus
one.
E: How many letters in the architect's surname?
The cache can be found at S38 09.aed, E142 4b.aac.
