This cache is placed on the riverside of the Roseau River, just to the side of a city park. Roseau is the hub for Polaris and many other companies around the state, and is a border crossing point into Canada. An easy, quick P&G, but this area needed a cache for trading small bugs and coins between the US and Canada. This cache started with some Christmas/holiday items and toys, along with a few TBs. Have fun, and please, always practice CITO!!!
