The posted coords will bring you to the Veteran's Memorial near the entrance of the Willow River Cemetery in Hudson, WI.

The cache you are seeking is a small camo'ed bison tube.

**Disclaimer: It's a cemetery and pine trees could possibly be involved.** :-D

The Old Willow Cemetery was the first cemetery established in St. Croix County in 1850.
