This is a night cache, meaning that you'll need a flashlight to
follow several sets of reflectors from the starting position to the
final location where you'll find the actual cache container. The
reflectors are close enough together that you probably don't need
an extremely bright flashlight (I placed these using a 2AA
Maglite).
From the starting position in front of the sign, shine your
flashlight around and look for the first set of reflectors. Walk
toward the reflectors and stand reasonably close to them (there's
no need to be right on top of them) and shine your light around
again looking for the second set of reflectors, then continue like
this until you come to the final location (and you'll definitely
know when you're there). There are 15 sets of reflectors in all,
and the total hiking distance should be about a quarter of a mile
from the starting position to the final cache and back.
