Geocache Description:

Not in the well. Bring your own pen and put the log in the lid when done logging.

This is a lonely cache in a place where the most exciting thing to do is to look at the passing traffic. Every once in a while, a bus passes by... Yippy!

Another one that also stands in solitude, is the Lone Piper of the Edinburgh Military Tattoo. It ends with a floodlit Lone Piper playing a Lament from high on the ramparts of the Half Moon Battery of Edinburgh Castle. The performers then march off the esplanade and down the Royal Mile to a series of rousing tunes.
In August 2010 the Edinburgh Military Tattoo celebrates it's 50th anniversary.
