This 2-stage multi-cache is placed in Schwer Park. Stage 1 is a micro and is rather unique (see hint). Stage 2 is a lock-n-lock, be sure to get all four tabs locked. As with any cache, please use stealth to conceal the location from muggles along the walking path and re-hide the container well. I suggest that you take the stage 2 cache down by the water and enjoy the view of the lake while you sign the log and do your trading.
I had walked around Schwer Park several times scouting out places to hide a cache. One spot in particular "struck" me and reminded me of my favorite band Carbon Leaf. The staged caches are hidden in places referenced in Carbon Leaf song lyrics. In particular, listen to the song "Indecision" on their 2009 album release "Nothing Rhymes with Woman". It might be fun to trade things in this cache that are referenced in other Carbon Leaf song lyrics. If you are not familiar with the band, here are some suggestions: "a pine cone dipped in glitter glue", "a penny 1942", "x-ray goggles" or an "x-ray gun", a "bag of bones", or even "Olive Oyl". If you do think of something clever to leave, log which song and lyrics it represents.
