This cache was place for the first annual
Vegas Valley GeoRally held on
September 19, 2009. We had a great time planning the event,
hosting the event and hiding the caches. We want to thank all of
the geocachers that participated and made this event
possible!
Over the last few years, there have been
several new variations to geocaching. A few months ago, I learned
about Hamstercaching and wanted to place a cache in honor of the
new sport and to celebrate the selfless hamsters that are involved.
Without them, this wouldn't be possible! Several of us
hamstercachers are hoping that Groundspeak will soon recognize the
love we share and will recognize hamster caches with their own
icon!
