Unlike the former Klunkers program this one will not run out of funds, have a time limit or have a deadline date like the government's program. There will be stipulations you can trade any old Matchbox type cars or trucks for a newer vehicle you like. TB’s are welcome as long as they are attached to a toy car. So forget looking it up in the Blue Book to find out how much it’s worth, bring it over and trade.
