I am assisting your local reviewer with geocaches that need attention. This cache came up for review because it has been in poor condition or missing for considerable time.
Since the cache owner has not logged onto the website for almost two years, it is apparent that this is abandoned and is being archived. Should the cache owner decide to replace this cache it can be unarchived as long as it still conforms to the guidelines.
