JETSchmidt: Hmmm, Owner of the property wants it removed? I guess I only have a couple of problems with that.
1) The cache is on PUBLIC PROPERTY. Period. No permission was ever given, so it can't very well be taken away.
2) Who the heck is road racing on this narrow GRAVEL ROAD? Methinks she's making things up. all the times I've been here I've NEVER seen anyone road racing. In fact, I've rarely seen another vehicle when I was performing cache maintenance.
3) Dumping RAILROAD TIES? Maybe, I dunno, the RAILROAD?
In the interest of being a good neighbor, and not contributing unwarranted grief to geocachers by someone who is, in my opinion, overstepping her bounds a little. I will archive this hide.
