Just a short walk.
This is my first “hide a cache” and is in memory of July 11th 2009 when Rosie the Blue Merle Border Collie puppy ran away when she was frightened by a loud bang. Her last sighting was at the Halfway House and she spent the night somewhere around this area, we found her at dawn the next morning limping back towards Melton with bleeding paws.
This is just a short walk from the parking area.
Why not visit the nearby Garden Centre where there is a restaurant and farm shop.
Parking on site or on the slip road off the island. Follow signs for garden Centre to park in slip road.
