Geocache Description:

This cache is placed above Northfield Farm with spectacular views. On a clear day you can see West Lomond, the Ochils, Newport, Kinnoull Hill, the Carse of Gowrie, Both Tay bridges and of course, Dundee and Broughty Ferry.

Park at the large carpark next to the road bridge and head down to the T-junction for Newport and Tayport. Follow the road to Tayport for 50 metres or so and then turn right up the farm track all the way up to the field, crossing gates and an old railway bridge. Bypass the Northfield Crag (which is bolted for climbing) and head on up past the trig point.

This cache is also worth doing just as it's getting dark when Dundee is lit up. Just make sure you bring a torch!!
