I-65 Series.
The ROAR (Right of the ramp) caches is a series of caches placed at exits of Interstate 65 that runs from Mobile, AL to Gary, IN. This 887 miles long interstate which pass through 4 different states (Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana) is a link between the Gulf Coast and the Great Lakes area. For now the Series is only in Middle Tennessee.
This series was started by tennis40love in the North of the Nashville area, and gpsnube aslo has one placed one south of the area. This series was inspired by the LTL series on I-40, that has inspired many of the highway series across the country. ROAR was the 2nd of the highway series to pass through the Nashville area, and both this series and the other one inspired me to create my own for I-24 (TAB) and highway 840 (LAN). I decided that now that my series are filled up in my coverage area, I would help developing the ROAR series, by placing some myself.
This cache is located at exit 79 (Armory Rd). 35MM film container.
