Geocaching chit-chat, meeting of
friends (old and new), swapping of TB's, geocoin trading, draws for
cool geocaching stuff, oh, and did I mention cake??
The space we have reserved is a lounge atmosphere, with a bar
and pool tables - a very relaxed setting. Food will be available
off the menu (a la carte) but food and drink purchases are not
necessary to attend this event!
For those that are interested, I would like to put together a
list of favourite caches in Ontario. You can post your favourite
Ontario cache in your Will Attend log or email me separately. I
will compile the list and hand it out at the event.

In order to let the restaurant plan for our visit,

Another fun aspect is the creation of an exclusive geocoin for
this international multi-event. Take a look at the artwork for the
design of the geocoin for this event below. Each location will have
a different colour scheme and the limited geocoins will be for sale
at the event. Should you not be able to attend, you can be placed
on a waitlist for any remaining coins after the event. 08/25/09
UPDATE: The coins have arrived (see pics below). They will be on
sale at the event for $9.99 (CDN) - numbers are limited so if you
would like to buy a coin and can't make the event, please contact
me to be put on the reservations list should some be left over.
