This cache is the 4th in a series of caches placed in tribute to
Bob Ross, the fuzzy haired host of the "Joy of Painting" TV Series,
and to all those who paint using his wet-on-wet technique. It isn't
fine art but oil painting for the rest of us. If you like this

Learning to paint snow on a mountain with the Bob Ross palette
knife is probably the most difficult thing to learn in the
technique. First the knife must be properly loaded. Using the
knife, draw the paint out on the palette as thin as you can. Then,
holding the knife perpendicular to the palette, draw the knife
across the paint to form a small roll of paint on the
edge of the knife. When painting the snow on the mountain, only
that roll of paint touches the canvas, the knife does not.
