Located on the fairgrounds and easy to get to. Summertime hours you can visit the museum if you like. Also of interest across the street is GF&Parks display area, historical marker and WW1 railroad car displayed.s
I have redone this one and it is no longer an altoid container and is even bigger! It contains the log book, pencil and filled with swag. The museum attendant for the day was curious as to what I was up to so I had to confess to him all about geocaching. He ended up helping me a bit and when we were done he had to show me a few things around in the museum. I could spend hours looking at things in this place even though I have before. Lots & lots of history here.
Cache On!!! Please do not climb all over the engine ! the wood is in poor shape! They put a rope around it and do not want anyone climbing on or I will have to disable. Please read the hint and look here!
