The given location is not near the final location of the cache. It should help give you some direction to solve this puzzle. To find this cache you'll need to find 2 locations in Athens and then manipulate them to get to the final cache location.
Clue for location 1: In Athens there are 3 worms sprawled out across the city. One red, one green and one blue. These worms are so large that they have to lie across each other to fit. In one place their intersections form a triangle and location one is the centroid of this triangle. Clue for location 2: At one place in Athens you will find a cat sitting on a worm. This is the second location. How to find the cache coordinates: Half way between these two locations, as the crow flies, you will have the final GPS location in DDD MM.MMM format. For this North coordinate you must replace the .MMM with .M16. For this East coordinate you you must replace the .MMM with .M34.
