This would be a great cache for young children to find. It is located off of one of the trails at Durant Road Nature Park, in the woods. BRING YOUR OWN WRITING UTENSIL - I DID NOT INCLUDE ONE IN THE CACHE CONTAINER!
This is another themed cache brought to you by . . . me! I love this container - it is rather unique. I grew up watching Sesame Street, and Bert and Ernie were my favorites. Who can resist humming along to "Rubber Duckie, you're the one"? I also lived in Burt, NY for almost 25 years, and so many people, when they hear where I am from, say "Is that next to Ernie?" So, I thought it appropriate to place a Bert and Ernie cache. I placed my Bert from Burt travel bug in this cache, with the hope that Bert will travel to Burt, NY and back via caches.
