This geocache can be accessed by foot or mountain bike as there are paths all the way. It's a lovely walk on a calm sunny day when the tide is out.
This Cache can be started by parking either at the car park of Nairn Golf Club (follow Seabank Road to the end) or by heading out of Nairn towards Inverness, taking the right turn to Ardesier (B9092) and the 1st right to Hilton of Delnies. This is a public right of way through the farm and down a very bumpy road until you reach the small car park at the bottom (N 57° 35.052 W 003° 56.076).
If parking at the Golf Club, then you're in for quite a walk but the coastal path will take you along the golf course and through a gate at the end. Keep going in this direction.
Parking at Hilton of Delnies will get you closer to the cache, but the track from the farm is not suitable for vehicles with a low profile.
This geocache is a good walk past a small bothy and not quite at the end point. Over to the left you can see the site of the old Barmac oil fabrication yard and right down the end at whiteness point is where the seals sometimes bask especially at low tide.
