This cache is located between rails and rails.
If you are interested in the railway (Tetu-ota;TETUDOU-OTAKU), cache area is a very exciting place. The railway track of JR Kyushu and Nagasaki Electric Tramway are adjacent most there. It is the best point that can see two kinds of trains at the same time in the Nagasaki city.
