About GPS
Adventures Arkansas
The GPS Adventures Arkansas Maze Exhibit is a smaller, regional
version of the nationally touring GPS Adventures Maze Exhibit and
prominently features Arkansas State Parks. The educational exhibit
will travel to 7 Arkansas museums over the next three-and-a-half
years.
Attendees will learn about GPS through interactive science
experiences in a 1,500 square foot indoor maze and an outdoor GPS
training course. The maze will take visitors through three main
rooms - Tools of Discovery, Modern Explorer, and Discovering
Arkansas - each dedicated to interactive science learning.
Participants in the outdoor course can locate nearby geocaches
using GPS units available at the Museum.
An additional geocaching program spanning all 52 Arkansas State
Parks will complement the traveling exhibit. Learn more about the
Arkansas
ParkCache Program.
