Geocache Description:

The trail in this preserve is about 2 miles and un paved. Once you arrive at the location, the cache will not be to difficult to find.

"In the middle, the mighty middle, the cacher sleeps tonight..."

After going caching and finding most of the caches in this forest preserve, I noticed how the return portion of this trail had no caches. What a bummer, I thought. Geocachers had just walked about a mile finding most or all of the caches along the way, and had no caches to find on the way back. I came prepared and brought a fully loaded cache. And this is that cache.

I call this cache "In the Middle" because I noticed how it was about halfway through the trail back to the parking lot (If you go clockwise) and relatively in the middle of the preserve.

There is a short hike from the trail to the cache, and no major bushwhacking is necessary.
