Geocache Description:

This cache is located in Glasgow Park – approx. ½ mile from the main (original) parking area. This four stage Multi-Cache will be a bit taxing, but hopefully not too difficult.

From the parking area, you can go around the hill or take a short cut over the hill to the first trail head blocked by a yellow car barricade. Trails will take you part of the way to the cache area. The coordinates listed for this cache will take you to the Stage 1. You will need a compass or GPS with a compass to find Stages 2 through 4. You will be looking for a small Lock&Lock container for Stage 1. The cache containers will diminish in size with each Stage. Each stage will give you a Walking Distance and Bearing to the next Stage. The Bearings were selected using MAGNETIC north.

There will be a “Surprise Ending” to this Multi-Cache.

Please note: A Bearing is a straight line from the starting point to the object you want to reach. Your Heading is the direction you are traveling. They are only the same when you are walking a straight line path to your goal.

If your GPS has the feature, try using a PROJECTION from the starting point. This will keep you on-course even as you walk around the things in your path. However, be sure your North Reference is set on MAGNETIC.
