The Parish of St. Francois Xavier was the second parish established in Manitoba, after St. Boniface. A history of the village and municipality can be found at http://www.rm-stfrancois.mb.ca/history.htm The cache is hidden between the parish church and the old convent of the Grey Nuns. Take a walk through the cemetery and you will be checking out the history of early Manitoba. The cache contains only a logbook. The cache is in the wood pecker made holes in the fallen tree at GZ.
