I am pretty sure this is a power station for the new homes nearby.
This is an easy drive up and is only about 100 feet from my house. This is the first cache on American Hill Rd., kinda surprising really. Good luck finding this one. If you are short, you might want to bring a taller friend to reach it for you. I put a dollar in the container for the FTF
