Geocache Description:

This cache is located high above the valley floor next to a small stream. If you have the time and the strength left, you may want to go a little farther and check out the water fall. It is well worth the hike! The terrain is pretty steep in places and can be difficult to hike. Be sure to wear good shoes, and be sure to bring water!

The hike to the cache site can be pretty tough, so be sure you have everything you need before you leave your car. You may want to spend a little time near the cache. It is a great spot to sit and relax, and the view is great! This is prime habitat for rattle snakes, so keep your eyes and ears open. There are lots of deer and other wildlife in this area as well. The cache is an ammo box. It can be difficult to find if you’re not paying attention. Look high and low when you get to the cache coordinates. After the hike up, you sure don’t want to miss it!
