Located outside the Sea Center on the spur of Stearn's Wharf. The Sea Center is part of the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History, and is open from 10am to 5pm daily. If you recognize the cache name, you'll probably know where to look!
This hide is very near where the old History Waves cache GCQD28 was hidden. That location shows a bit of California's history, specifically the "Twelve Flags of California". The flags date all the way back to 1542. Try to figure out where they all came from!
