While looking for a place to hide a cache at the nearby parking area we discovered a trail that doesn't require any bushwhacking, is very easy to follow, looks seldom used and winds through a nice wooded area and along a stream. Not sure why it's here, but we enjoyed the walk and left a cache in the process.
UPDATE: Once upon a time this trail was in very good shape. But, after performing some cache maintenance in early 2015 we discovered that the trail has all but disappeared into the terrain, covered by years of leaves and the occasional fallen tree.
The hike to the cache is still very easy with no or very light bushwhacking required depending on the time of year.
It's best to park at the upper parking area and walk along the woods line until about 100' away from the back fence. Then head straight in following the path of least resistance.
