Phydux: The city put new signs up when the construction was taking place and the geocache went away with the old signs. I am just archiving due to my new physical limitations.

The coordinates above are for a nice little parking lot at a little used city park that would be a good starting point for this adventure; they are not the coordinates of the cache. Elevation and route make this cache wheelchair accessible, even if it is not the direct line route from the posted coordinates.
When I was in charge of a group of crypto analysts, I used to give any new ones in my unit the following puzzle to see how long it took them to solve it. They hated me for it.
Find the pattern to come up with the next three lines. I have put in letters for the last line to help you know how to turn the digits into a geo-reference. Good Luck and bring your own pencil.
