Geocache Description:

Another of Gowers treasures, tucked away in a wooded valley with a stream flowing past.

Not hidden in the Churchyard.

The 'Cathedral of Gower' was probably built around the opening of the 14th century to replace the one at Landimore, which had been affected by the encroachment of the sea on low-lying land. The two churches of Landimore and Cheriton are never mentioned together an authentic document, both being dedicated to St. Cadoc.

Roadside parking is available opposite the Church.

You need to bring your own writing tools.

If anybody would like to expand this series we would just ask that you contact sadexploration first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names and avoid duplication .
