Geocache Description:

Final stage of the cache is roughly 15 miles away in a small unfinished park just across the Powatan line into Amelia. The Area was once Oakfield Plantation and is now one of many stalled housing developments due to the current economic downturn.

The listed coordinates are Stage 1. Do not stray from the sidewalk.
You will find half of the final here.
Stage 2 is at N 37 26.163 W 077 35.823
The Second half of what you need for the final is here. If you figured out stage 1 you know what you are looking for. However this time you will need to do some math.
