Geocache Description:

A small snap lock box located in woodland near Eastham Rake
station.

I never knew this location existed myself until I spotted it whilstdriving past a few days ago, stopped for a walk and decided it would be a good place for a cache.

Public Transport

Location is very close to Eastham Rake train station and there is a bus stop right outside the enterance to the wood.

By Car

If coming in a car you could park at the station but might get told off if the ticket office is open, propably better parking in the residental area on Lowfield Avenue (See waypoint)

The lowfield is also the start of a 6 mile circular walk recommendedby wirral council which happens to take in another 3 caches as well.

See here for a map of the walk.

The caches passed on this walk are:
(GC1992Y) - The Twisted Bridge
(GCEEED) - Lost Track
(GCZYP9) - Walking in a winter wonderland

Note: if you want to do the walk and pick up the caches then I
recommend doing it backwards as one of them is a multi and this
would stop you having to back track.

cache is not very big so only room for coins or small
