When: Saturday, 31 January 2009, 4:30 pm onwards.
Slideshow to commence at 7:00 pm. Feel free to come along to just
the BBQ, just the slideshow or both
Where: At the home of Team Zorgon 10 minutes west of
Hamilton. Listed coordinates are to the driveway. It is a busy road
so if coming from the north you may have to pull left into the
layby before turning right into the driveway. Parking down past the
house through two gates behind the big shed.
What if it is raining? Plenty of shelter so the event
will be held rain or shine.
A good chance to put faces to all those names you see on the
logs and exchange stories, coins and TB's. Encourage any new
cachers along if you happen to meet them out and about or are in
contact with them.
Definitely family friendly so don’t hesitate to bring the kids!
No Dogs though please.
It is a BYO potluck barbeque so please bring meat plus a salad
or desert to share plus drinks and a blanket or chair to sit on.
There will be barbeques available to cook food.
