It is the house with a school signboard top of the gate.
To access this cache you have to call the doorman/guard. Explain that you are looking for the geocache, and he will let you in.
You will make the keepers of the cache really happy if you come on a regular weekday morning. The cache keepers wait eagerly for visitors who can tell them about other countries and other caches in foreign places.
