You've probably noticed the Mile Markers alongside Highway 50, showing the distance to Placerville. This one caught my eye because it's different than the rest. Do you know the difference? Have you wondered why it's different?
There is a large paved turnout adjacent to the marker, and the cache, which is very close. The safe approach to the cache is traveling eastbound on Highway 50. The cache should be accessible year round due to its hiding spot.
