This easy cache is located quite close to the Anglesey Coastal Path in an area known locally as Rocky Coast. The path is not suitable for wheelchairs but some buggies could attempt it.Parking available at the Holyhead Breakwater Country Park
The cache is in a smallish plastic container within a black bin bag.Notebook, pen and all the usual goodies included.
This is an area of maritme heath with great views of the coast including Carmel Head and the Skerries. It is a good spot to look for Stonechats on the fenceposts or Oystercatchers and Cormorants along the geologically important rocky shore. Seals can be spotted here and occasionally porpoises. Around the Country Park there are many mosaics created by local schoolchildren and visitors. Why not take a photo of one of these and see if we can create a gallery of all the mosaics. (60 in all!)
Facilities available at the Country Park include info. centre, small cafe/shop and toilets
The cache should be relatively easy to find so there are no hints.
Enjoy
