This cache is placed by a local library. Somewhat bumpy terrain, mostly level.
This cache is a small swimtube that is uniquely camoed and hidden in a quite visible spot. Stealth will be required, for there are prying eyes. Parking should be fairly ok, depending on the time of day.The cache contains a log and room for some small items. Don't bother trying to remove the cache from it's spot. Just unscrew the bottom and when you're done, screw it back. Good luck and happy caching!
