A Little Wordplay Mystery Cache

cphug184: Ended the run today. I collected the cache.

The solve: "abstemiously" and "facetiously" are words that have all vowels (I vow I'll...) The vowels for thirty and nine are i,y for "thirty" (the 3rd and 6th vowel) and i and e for "nine" (the 3rd and 2nd vowel in order). See it now?!!
