Another fine area of Colonial Beach but rather residential. There is a nice place to park right off of Twelfth Street and then a short walk down a bike / golf cart path. Although it is prominently listed for only a bike or golf cart, be prepared to find people breaking community rules and driving regular vehicles down this one lane path.

** Easy terrain, should be a quick search for a rather obvious placement
** This cache can be reached 24/7, all year long
** The area is kid friendly but does involve walking in the woods for a bit
** Should be no critters except the normal mosquitoes and such
** The stretch of land does get a bit soggy after a good rain
** Stealth may be required because this area is residential
