Geocache Description:

Small sandwich box offset from two-faced monument.

Hoy was a merchant who traded with Russia. He erected this monument of occasion of a visitint to England by Tsar Alenxader I. You will note an inscription in celebration of this visit on the North Side.
What year was the visit = EFGH

Now go to the south side. What difference a 40 years makes. Here is an inscription to the valiant efforts of the Alied Armies in Sevastopol.
