Join us at this event for everyone. Weather you are into a relaxed meet and greet, picnic in the park, or the *thrilling* mystery hunt, this is a fun event for everyone.
After an outstanding turnout last year, the celebration and event continue this year with a smaller scale gathering in preparation for the 25th anniversary of the filming of Stand By Me in 2010.
The mystery hunt this year may take you past a car Cruise In, 50's Sock Hop, Hot Wheels racing, a Museum, and farmers. You might want your camera. Lets see how this one ends... In other words be prepared to walk and maybe wade.
Join us in this blend of local history and entertainment reminiscing.
The towns festivities start at 3pm but the cache event will start at, lets say, 11 am - ish. That gives plenty of time to do the event then the town stuff...
The river is nearby if you want to swim or wade. *hint*
