Blended Micro near Shawnee Mall, log only BYOP.
The Shawnee Mall was completed in the late 80's and was a welcome addition. Prior to the Shawnee Mall's opening, Heritage Park Mall in Midwest City was the closest venue for "Mall-type" shopping. Located just off Interstate 40, the Shawnee Mall is now a hub of business activity with multiple restaurants, transportation dealers, home and garden centers, lodging and major Indian Gamming Casinos’ close by. A big and bright future is in store for the Shawnee area as more and more National chains and retailers are building around the I-40 corridor between Highways 177 and 18.
You are looking for a micro cache that blends into it’s surroundings rather well. As always, be mindful of traffic, as this is a mall. Parking is very close to the hide. Stealth is necessary on this one, so think about an evening grab. The area is well-lighted and wide open.
