Muggles are in the area. Some stealth is required. You never know which way muggles may come. Some muggles will have their backs turned facing the water fishing. Parking is near by along road or across bridge within the more central part of Miller Park. Be aware there could be muggle walkers nearby. Use your stealth.

The time I scoped out this location and time of placement was after a rain. Both times the GPS was reading 7 to 10 feet accuracy.
9/5/2014: replaced with slightly larger cache container. I also filled in the "bowl" to hopefully help with freezing issue this winter.
