Ebeltoft is one of the oldest “privileged cities” in Denmark. It received it privileges by king Erik Menved in 1301 – two months before the much bigger city Randers. The old town hall with its small tower has a fine location at a small square in the middle of the town. It was built in 1576. The cache is situated in a hidden place, so please remember to go round and take a look at the front of the building.
