There are cell phone towers all around us, but we usually don't pay much attention to them. Some towers are purposely disguised in order to present a more pleasing view of the surrounding landscape. Some have no visible antennas, wires, or transmitters. Do you know a cell phone tower when you see one?
At the above coordinates you will find the cell phone tower. There are actually two, now! This is the most common type of hidden tower in the area. There is parking along the road leading up to this location. Near the tower is a large green box with a 5-digit orange number with a check sum of 21. We will call these 5 digits A, B, C, D, E.
To find the coordinates to the final, ADD to the North coordinate decimal minutes the sum of D+E. For the West coordinate ADD the value of [(A+B)*(C+E)]+B to the decimal minutes.(check sum=7)
It is not necessary to bushwhack to the cache, for there is a trail leading you very close to the final. The parks department is clearing out the honeysuckle and a new trail has been made just off of the blacktop.
