Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the posted coordinates although it is within a couple of miles.

When I was up in the church tower the other day, I found the following note in a corner. Perhaps you can tell me what it means.

Just ignore that top pattern line. Start with the next. It’s here where we will refer, starting to begin your pass at the decoder adventure. The second line is where the new changes begin to form a regular pattern so you can see those north/west numerals. You even can see the minutes and a way to find out a part after that dot around the decimal remains. You will know this when it shows you the real messages in the dense code that I know is in the cipher. Trust I know what I am doing. Since the text will not show its truest meaning easily, eventually either it needs to try a Google search ending in a fruitful result or hopefully the reason to find a book for the right outcome. If you end in futility, you cry—or you can ask for hint.
