Geocache Description:

A series that I am starting that reflects our native wildlife. This one is at the backside of Buffalo lake on the Cave Spring trail. This is a little used hiking trail that dead ends at Cave Spring.

Bullfrogs are the largest of the frog family in the United States. Growing up to almost 8" in length and up to 1.5 lbs, these large green amphibians will eat almost anything that will fit into their mouths. Frog legs are quite a delicacy and bullfrogs can be hunted in season. Schools also use these giants as teaching tools for dissection.

Next time your in a restaraunt, and they are available, try them. You may be surprised at how good they are!!

The log container is a small lock and lock, large enough for small TB's and coins. Please place him back as found and be careful when retrieving this cache. A flashlight may be handy!
