This is a very mini multicache!
I am just dipping my toes in to see if I can set up a multi. Please let me know if I've got it wrong! Any comments would be appreciated ;)
You will not have to go through either gate to get to the actual cache. On some days a lot of stealth will be required.
The coordinates will lead you to a sign with information on it.
Answer the following questions to get to the next waypoint.

Proceed to the waypoint and you will be facing another building. This was once the original Manse, built, I think from memory, in the 1860's. It is now rented out and used for another purpose as you will see by the sign in front of you.
