An easy cache.
This site has an interesting history: obviously, for family housing (locally known as Andy South); later used to teach Kurds being resettled to the US after the Kuwait war,...teaching them to speak and read English, as well as, skills needed for living/cooking in modern housing; and, more recently, for training in "urban" warfare.
rhodesisland will be maintaining the cache for me as papa rhodes and I return to Calif.
FTF gets five Washingtons (didn't have a fiver). One goody swag is reserved for rhodesisland, please. It's identified. He collects them every time he sees them in a cache. When shopping with book_freak this weekend...looking for graduation gifts for her graduating sister, the "graphics gal", and ideas for Father's Day gifts,..book_freak wouldn't consider buying it, Dad has to get it as swag! A variant of "singing for your supper," I guess.
Lots and lots of cars go by. Also, helpful locals who want to assist with any disabled cars, so, have a story ready. A trash bag is a good cover, and it sure needs picking up, in the nearby vicinity.
