This is my first Letterbox Hybrid! It is a small tube that contains a log book and a double ended stamp. PLEASE LEAVE THE STAMP IN THE CACHE BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT MAKES IT A LETTERBOX HYBRID! There is enough room for small geocoins and maybe a TB.
My Grandparents live in this area and we passed this place every time we came to see them and then again when we headed back to KY. I always wanted to stop to check out the helicopter but we never did. So I found myself out caching while visiting Grandma, and I made time to check it out. Lucky for me the owner, John, was there and let me check out all of the stuff there and gave me permission to place this cache! HE DOES ASK THAT YOU ONLY LOOK FOR THIS CACHE DURING DAY LIGHT HOURS! You are looking for a camo tube that is 1" to 1.5" round and about 6" long.
I had plans to hide this in Murray near the Chamber of Commerce but another cache had just been placed there. The wonderful people there at the Chamber of Commerce gave me some thing to put into the cache which will be for the First To Find. If you don’t know how to get to the place just drop me an email and I will get you directions!
